Last week I added a new page under Gallery called Paterson, New Jersey. It contains 3 photos sent to me by Lionel Tool. They are of his ancestor James Warburton who emigrated to Paterson from Macclesfield, his wife, his house (or one of them), and his grave site. This is a second illustration of the close links between Macclesfield and Paterson, based on their involvement in the silk industry. A branch from the Wilmslow clan also made the move as did about 3,000 Macclesfield people, according to one site I read.
