Henry Hulme Warburton
Centre of photo sitting is Henry Hulme Warburton and his wife Catherine, at the back are his three sons. This is the start of the Warburton dynasty in California.
John and Martha Benson Warburton

John Warburton and his wife Martha Benson Warburton are buried in Coolbanagher Churchyard, Emo. Co. Laois, Ireland. John, after some dispute, inherited the Garryhinch estates from his uncle Peter. Her served in the Army and was at the taking of Quebec under General Wolfe. He was MP for Queen's County 1779-94. His grandson was Colonel Robert Warburton who served in the First Afghan War. Robert and his son Sir Robert have been the subject of Newsletter articles.
Choppy Warburton 1845-97
James Edward (Choppy) Warburton was a runner and cycling trainer who achieved notoriety for supposedly using drugs on his cyclists. His story is told in Issue 6 of the button files. Here he is with Jimmy Michael of South Wales in 1895.
