Haslingden and Utah Clan
Haslingden and Utah Clan
Ray Warburton
This is the second Utah family with origins in Haslingden from the paper in the LDS archives by Eva Warburton Proctor.  It cannot yet be linked back beyond the parents of John, who emigrated to Utah. Also it is not linked to the first family as Eva thought, though a DNA match is consistent with a link in Haslingden earlier in the 18th century.

The picture is the home of Thomas and Harriet Richins in Pleasant Grove. Their daughter Alice married Edward Warburton, son of John who had also settled in Pleasant Grove.
